Bill Ryan began his real estate career in the late 1970’s.  As a young entrepreneur in 1980, he started a sole proprietorship called Ryinvest Properties, specializing in the sale of vacation homes, second homes and investment properties.

Carol Ryan joined Bill in the early ’80’s and together they established a niche, specializing in new construction sales and representing clients who wanted affordability, functionality and quality in a new home.

By 1990, Bill and Carol incorporated Ryan Real Estate and along with their growing team, began representing buyers and sellers in the existing home market as well as the new construction market.

In 2001, Bill and Carol established Topaz LLC, land company to purchase and develop single-family residential lots.  At the time, there was a shortage of residential home sites.  They continued their growth gaining market-share in the housing industry by aligning themselves with a select number of small, well-respected Twin Cities’ builders.  During that same time period, Bill and Carol began doing their own land development; including Keen Valley in Savage, MN.
In 2004, they started Ryan Mortgage Company to assist their clients with
financing needs.

Today, the Ryan’s have a team of new construction specialists assisting their clients to choose the right builder, style and home site that best meets all of their needs.  It’s a service that makes Ryan Real Estate unique in this market and extremely valuable to their clients. An inventory of over 200 home sites in over 20 areas provide for a great selection for Ryan’s home buyers.

Over the years, Bill and Carol Ryan have worked closely together to establish one of the finest new construction marketing companies in the State of Minnesota.  Bill works closely with sales personnel and land development and Carol works closely with the builders and design of the new homes.
